Food poisoning is a health hazard caused by consuming foods contaminated with infectious bacteria or viruses, or toxic/poisonous substances.
Despite the common subjective symptoms of stomachaches, diarrhea, and vomiting, the latency periods and impacts of food poisoning depend on the species of bacteria/virus and individuals.
You should be aware that food poisoning usually occurs due to one of the three following reasons:
1. Bacteria-tainted foods
2. Increase of bacteria
3. Lack of sterilization
Make special efforts to take measures to avoid food poisoning, such as personal hygiene when handling food.
