The Museum of Modern Art, Toyama
In April 2003, four new permanent exhibition rooms opens in addition to the former exhibition rooms.
In "Permanent Exhibition-I" the exhibition titled "Main Stream of 20 Century Art" from the collection is realized.
The permanent exhibition "Main Stream of 20th Century Art" consists of about 130 pieces of work that are especially selected from the collection of our museum. Visitors can overview the expansions and traces of the 20th Century Art from Toulouse-Lautrec, Picasso, Rouault, Chagall and others, through abstract art and Surrealism to today's artists.

Permanent Exhibition-III (M2F)
The "Permanent Exhibition-II" and "Permanent Exhibition-III" introduce the works of various famous artists representing Japan and Toyama, and the works of the full-filling print collection on the approprate times.
The "Permanent Exhibition-IV" introduces the works and the gathered collection by Mr.Shuzo Takiguchi who was a poet and art critic, from Toyama.
The "Permanent Exhibition-V" introduces the contemporary posters and the design work such as chairs and so on.
